TGT (Robotics)

Position: TGT – Robotics Curriculum: CBSE Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi, INDIA Position Type: Full-Time (11-Month Contract) Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

The Role

This role involves teaching Robotics to students, fostering their interest and skills in technology, programming, and engineering principles. The educator will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons, guiding students through hands-on projects, and developing their problem-solving abilities within the field of robotics, typically at the middle school or secondary level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive Robotics lessons and practical sessions.
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes innovation in robotics.
• Assess student progress through projects, assignments, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate robotics concepts across subjects and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain and manage robotics equipment and resources, ensuring their optimal use and safety.
• Organize and supervise robotics clubs or competitions to enhance student engagement and learning.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent pedagogical qualification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise and passion for Robotics, including programming, electronics, and mechanical design.
• Prior teaching experience, particularly in Robotics or STEM subjects, is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with staff.
• Excellent classroom management abilities, fostering a positive and disciplined learning atmosphere.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in robotics technology.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as TGT in Robotics, STEM, or related subjects in a reputed school.

Mandatory Qualification

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Robotics, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
