Position: Music Teacher (Vocal) Curriculum: CBSE Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi, INDIA Position Type: Full-Time (6-Month Contract, extendable) Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

The Role

BJS Public School is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher specializing in Vocal performance. This role involves inspiring students to develop their vocal talents, fostering a deep appreciation for music, and contributing to the school's vibrant arts program through engaging and effective instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective vocal music lessons to students across various age groups and skill levels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive vocal music curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for performances and examinations.
• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
• Organize and direct school choirs or vocal ensembles, preparing them for school events and public performances.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music into broader school activities and events.
• Maintain a safe, inspiring, and well-organized learning space for all students.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant academic qualification in Music, Music Education, or Vocal Performance.
• Demonstrated expertise and passion for vocal music instruction.
• Prior experience teaching music, preferably vocal, to school-aged children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A professional, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to education.
