Position: Art & Craft Teacher Curriculum: CBSE Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi, INDIA Position Type: Full-Time (11-Month Contract) Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art and Craft Teacher to inspire students and foster their artistic expression. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Art and Craft lessons, developing students' creative skills, and cultivating an appreciation for various art forms. This role involves guiding students through diverse artistic techniques and projects, encouraging their imagination and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging Art and Craft lessons tailored to various age groups.
• Design and implement creative curriculum plans that explore different artistic mediums and techniques.
• Assess student progress in artistic development, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and stimulating art studio environment conducive to learning and creativity.
• Manage art supplies and equipment effectively, ensuring a well-resourced and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, school events, and exhibitions.
• Organize and showcase student artwork, celebrating their achievements within the school community.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant academic qualification in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related creative field.
• Demonstrated passion and expertise in various Art and Craft techniques.
• Prior experience teaching Art and Craft to students, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to contributing positively to the school community.
• Professionalism, creativity, and a dedication to fostering artistic talent in students.
