Position: PGT – English Curriculum: CBSE Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi, INDIA Position Type: 11-Month Contract Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of English to inspire and educate students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language and literature instruction, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject among students at the senior secondary level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature, adhering to the curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and resources to facilitate effective learning.
• Assess student progress through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best teaching practices.

What We're Looking For

• A Post Graduate degree in English or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed).
• Prior experience teaching English at the senior secondary level is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom management abilities and a passion for student development.
• A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Annual Salary: INR 420,000 - INR 480,000.
