Job Title: Early Years Educator / Fresher Teacher (Ages 2–6) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | On-site | Full-Time

About Bodhira: Bodhira is a pre-primary school integrating daycare and extended programmes. We treat learning and care as one system—structured, intentional, and focused on holistic child development. Our approach rejects rote learning and passive daycare, ensuring every child experiences purposeful learning and care.

Role Overview: We are seeking fresher teachers with a graduate degree and any recognized teacher training or certification course. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about early childhood education and eager to learn and grow within a structured, development-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and activity frameworks under guidance
• Support children’s learning, curiosity, emotional regulation, and independence
• Supervise and guide children during routines such as meals, hygiene, rest, and transitions
• Maintain classroom management and ensure emotional and physical safety
• Observe and report on children’s development and learning progress
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff in maintaining structured routines
• Communicate with parents under guidance, sharing observations when needed

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Any recognized teacher training or certification (ECCE, D.Ed, NTT, or similar) preferred
• Fluent in English and able to converse comfortably with children and colleagues
• Strong communication skills, classroom management, and organizational ability
• Familiarity with AI tools for teaching/learning is a plus
