About Bodhira: Bodhira is a pre-primary school integrating daycare and extended programmes. We treat learning and care as one system—structured, intentional, and focused on each child’s overall development. Our approach is developmentally rich, rejecting rote learning and passive supervision.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Daycare Teacher with around 1 year of experience to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young children. This role focuses on supporting children’s routines, care, and development, while maintaining consistency with Bodhira’s curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support children during meals, hygiene, rest, and transitions
• Encourage emotional regulation, self-help skills, and social interaction
• Maintain structured routines that integrate care and developmental learning
• Observe children’s behaviour and developmental progress; share observations with senior educators
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure smooth daycare operations
• Maintain professional conduct, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of experience in daycare or early childhood education (ECCE/D.Ed/NTT preferred)
• Passion for caring for and guiding young children
• Emotionally steady, reflective, and professional
• Open to feedback and structured work within routines

Work Details:

• Full-time, on-site in Jaipur
• Rotational responsibilities during extended hours
• Salary based on experience
