The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Commerce subjects to senior secondary students, fostering a deep understanding of economic principles, business studies, and accountancy. This role involves preparing students for academic success and equipping them with essential knowledge for future endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Commerce subjects, adhering to the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and teaching aids to facilitate student learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best teaching practices and subject matter advancements.

What We're Looking For

• A Post Graduate degree in Commerce (e.g., M.Com, MBA with relevant specialization).
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject matter expertise in all areas of Commerce, including Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.
• Prior experience teaching Commerce at the senior secondary level (PGT).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
• Professionalism, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for education.

Compensation

Annual Salary: INR 420,000 - INR 480,000
