The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Science Teacher to inspire and educate students. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver comprehensive and engaging Social Science curriculum, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject among students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Social Science curriculum.
• Plan and prepare instructional materials, activities, and assessments to meet diverse student needs.
• Assess student learning, provide timely and constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of progress.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and school goals.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and subject knowledge.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives as required.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant academic qualification in Social Science or a related discipline.
• Prior teaching experience in Social Science is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Social Science content and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
