The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Economics Teacher to deliver engaging and effective instruction across the CBSE, ISCE, and IGCSE curricula. The role involves fostering a deep understanding of economic principles and preparing students for academic success within these established frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging Economics lessons aligned with CBSE, ISCE, and IGCSE standards.
  • Plan and prepare detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities.
  • Assess student progress regularly through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
  • Manage the classroom effectively to create a positive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and curriculum enhancement.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant academic qualification in Economics or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Economics, with a strong understanding of the CBSE, ISCE, and IGCSE syllabi.
  • Prior teaching experience at the secondary level, specifically with CBSE, ISCE, or IGCSE curricula.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and collaborative teamwork.
