The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Montessori to lead and oversee the effective delivery of our Montessori educational program. This role requires deep expertise in Montessori pedagogy and philosophy to guide the implementation of our curriculum and foster an authentic Montessori learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Montessori curriculum.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to Montessori teaching staff.
• Ensure the maintenance of an authentic, engaging, and effective Montessori learning environment.
• Oversee student assessment, progress tracking, and reporting within the Montessori framework.
• Foster a collaborative environment among staff and engage with parents on Montessori principles and student progress.
• Manage resources and operations pertinent to the Montessori program, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
• Contribute to the overall educational strategy and vision of the school.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant and recognized Montessori qualification (e.g., AMI, AMS Diploma).
• Demonstrated expertise in Montessori philosophy, principles, and pedagogical practices.
• Significant prior experience in a Montessori educational setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively and foster a positive, child-centered learning environment.
• A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, students, and parents.

Compensation

Annual Salary: INR 750,000 - 1,200,000
