English Teacher(KS2 & KS3) Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree and Master's degree in English, Linguistics or a related field (mandatory)
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., ATHE Level 6 Diploma in Teaching / PGCE / B.Ed)
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a British curriculum school, teaching Key Stage 2 and/or Key Stage 3 English
- UAE Experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of British curriculum frameworks for KS2 and KS3, including phonics, grammar, reading comprehension, creative writing, analytical writing, and literature studies
- Experience in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to upper primary and lower secondary learners
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching English and supporting students’ academic, linguistic, and personal growth across KS2 and KS3 levels
