TGT Teacher

Location: Kunskapsskolan School DLF phase 1 Gurgaon

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT Teacher to deliver engaging and effective instruction to middle school students. The successful candidate will foster a positive and stimulating learning environment, guiding students to achieve their full academic potential in the relevant subject area.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in the relevant subject area.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and student needs.
• Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and well-being.
• Participate actively in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent, with a specialization in the relevant subject.
• Prior teaching experience at the middle school level is preferred.
• Strong pedagogical skills and a passion for student learning and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and educational best practices.
