The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our lead educators in fostering a positive and effective learning environment. This role involves assisting with various classroom activities, supporting student engagement, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering lessons and classroom activities.
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain an organized, conducive learning space.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials, resources, and classroom displays.
• Supervise students during non-instructional periods, such as breaks or transitions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students under the guidance of the lead teacher.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to support educational goals and student development.

Qualification & Experience

A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
