The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) to deliver high-quality instruction to senior secondary students. The ideal candidate will be an expert in their subject area, responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for the designated subject.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs and ensure active participation.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school administration on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's co-curricular programs.

What We're Looking For

• A Master's degree in the relevant subject area.
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven 4 - 5 years of experience in teaching at the senior secondary level.
• Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Compensation

Annual Salary: INR 720,000 - INR 840,000
