High School Science Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate High School Science Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality instruction for Grades 9–12. The ideal candidate will plan and implement curriculum-aligned lessons while supporting students’ academic progress and overall development. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, student-centered classroom environment and effectively integrating technology into your teaching practices. Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field
  • Teaching qualification (Level 6 Diploma in Teaching or B.Ed.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Science (Grades 9–12) in a K-12 school
  • Currently employed as a Science teacher in a K-12 school
  • Credential Evaluation Report (initiated or completed)
